HOT MESS SHRIMP

My friend Sheana Davis tried to explain how to make this amazing stuffed shrimp recipe. Well, I made a hot mess of my grill so I decided to come up with an easier way to get the same flavors.
Makes: 13 to 15 shrimp, or about 4 servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
16 oz. bag Emporium Selection black tiger shrimp, thawed and shells removed
4 oz. Emporium Selection Some Like It Hatch Cheddar or other mildly spicy cheese, shredded
¼ teaspoon paprika
- Preheat grill to high.
- 2. Grill shrimp for about 2 minutes each side.
- 3. Place shrimp in a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- 4. Cover and let the cheese melt. If it needs a little help, nuke it in the microwave for about 30 seconds – you don’t want to cook the shrimp, just melt the cheese. Serve immediately.
Variation: Brush with barbecue sauce.
