Promotions Terms & Conditions:

Promotions are only open to residents in the United States of America over the age of 18. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per household. Ulysses Press selects potential winners using a random drawing of all eligible applicants. Odds of winning Promotions depend on the final number of eligible entries received prior to the cutoff date for entries. Purchase has no effect on the odds of winning. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five days of an initial notification attempt, chooses  to reject their prize, if a prize is returned as “undeliverable”, or if the potential winner is found to be outside of compliance with eligibility rules of the Promotion, a new winner will be chosen and the original prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

Ulysses Press collects entrants’ personal data (limited to first and last name and email address) in accordance with GDPR guidelines. By participating in Ulysses Press Promotions, entrants hereby agree to Ulysses Press’ collection and usage of their personal information. Entrant also understands that by entering Promotions, entrant will be automatically subscribed to Ulysses Press newsletters. Entrant can unsubscribe to newsletters and emails at any time by following the directions on the newsletters. Subscribing or unsubscribing from the Ulysses Press newsletter list will have no effect whatsoever on chances of winning a Promotion.
