Fruit Board— from The I Love Trader Joe’s Snack Boards Cookbook

Enjoy this fruit board as breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a healthy dessert. Of course, you can mix and match the fruit according to what looks good at your Trader Joe’s and purchase whole fruit (such as watermelon) instead of packages. The Greek yogurt makes a lovely dip or can be drizzled over fruit on individual serving plates.

Serves: 4 to 6 | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 (6-ounce) container Trader Joe’s Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s 100% Pure Maple Syrup or honey
1 (6-ounce) container raspberries
1 bunch green grapes
1 (16-ounce) container strawberries
1 (6-ounce) container blackberries
2 oranges, unpeeled, sliced in rounds
4 fresh mint sprigs or citrus leaves

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt with the zest and 1 teaspoon juice from the lemon, along with the maple syrup or honey. Place on your serving board or platter.

2. Arrange the fruit on the board, alternating colors and textures. Garnish with the fresh mint or citrus leaves.

3. Serve at once, or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours
