Carin Fractor is currently a district administrator with over 20 years experience in public education. Her experiences range from paraeducator, classroom teacher, instructional coach, school site administrator, district leader, and mom to her two elementary-age children. Each of these experiences have contributed to her narrative and support her continued work with educators and students alike. She leads with the mindset that each person with whom she works should feel valued and sees her role as supporting them in their own growth and development in order to add value back to their local and global community in which they live.
Carin holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California as well as a Masters in Educational Administration from California State University, Northridge. She currently resides in Southern California with her family, including two dogs and three birds.
When she is not diving into leadership, curriculum, or data, Carin can often be found jet-setting around the globe with her family, eating at one of Guy Fieri’s Triple D restaurant spots, or just relaxing at home, enjoying a day with absolutely no schedule at all.
