Heather Knox has been casting and creating for over twenty years as a teaching-artist, professor, editor, author, and proud witch-momma. She currently writes from the witchy nearly-northwoods of Wisconsin where she lives with her little storm-witch and her partner.

Heather earned her MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is the author of the poetry collection, Dowry Meat (Words Dance Publishing, 2014) and the hi-lo MG/YA series Vampire Wars (EPIC Escape, 2018).
